Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using the JobMatch AI Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use JobMatch AI. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of the Service

JobMatch AI is a browser extension that analyses LinkedIn job descriptions against a CV you provide, using AI to generate a match score, skill gap analysis, and related content. The Service is provided on a subscription basis (Free, Pro monthly, or Pro Lifetime).

4. Free tier

Free accounts receive 5 analyses per calendar month. Usage resets at the start of each month. We reserve the right to adjust free-tier limits with reasonable notice.

5. Paid subscriptions

• Pro Monthly (£3.99/month): Billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Pro Lifetime (£79 one-time): A single payment grants permanent access to Pro features for as long as the Service is operating.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP and inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment if you have not used the Pro features. Contact support@irongridtech.co.uk.

Lifetime purchases: refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have run fewer than 5 Pro analyses. After this period, all sales are final.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Share account credentials with others
• Use the Service to process personal data of third parties without their consent
• Circumvent usage limits or security controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. AI-generated content

Analysis results, match scores, CV suggestions, and cover letters are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional career advice. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular job application.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by IronGrid Tech and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your CV content; by submitting it you grant us a limited, transient licence to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronGrid Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. For Lifetime customers, in the event of permanent discontinuation we will provide at least 90 days' notice and a pro-rated refund where reasonable.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-extension notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
